Members will commit to support all approved agreements for core materials from their available budgets.
Members will complete and return contract monitoring forms as required.
Members will commit to standardisation of requirements where possible and appropriate.
Members will provide the name and contact details of the person authorised to make contractual approvals for their Library for Books, Journals and Electronic Resources.
Members will send a representative to the Annual Members’ meeting.
Members may terminate their membership by giving a minimum of 12 months’ notice in writing, including full details of the reason for leaving NEYAL.
Each library will pay an annual subscription, the amount is determined by the Steering Committee and reviewed annually. NEYAL is a not-for-profit organisation and the subscription meets the running costs of the Consortium (staffing, travel and administrative costs).
